We have broad project management expertise and experience which ranges from the successful delivery of multi-million IT and change management projects within FTSE 20 companies, to significantly smaller technically led projects within small companies.

Key to our success is our experience and applied knowledge of the PRINCE project methodology, we believe in utilising the appropriate aspects of PRINCE for our projects, although we have worked with other methodologies and are capable of providing expertise in these also.
