Deliverable within the review can include

  • Applications architecture: The applications architecture is often developed on the basis of business requirements. This involves defining the interaction between application packages, databases, and middleware systems in terms of functional the coverage of the business requirements and processes.
  • Technology architecture: Covers a wide range of areas including: server and client architecture, computer networking, infrastructure software, storage architecture, unified communications, development environments. 
  • Information architecture: concerned with meta-data and data models. 
  • Business continuity planning and Disaster Recovery planning: normally developed through leveraging existing information about processes, applications, platforms and teams.

  • Service level management (usually oriented at SLA templates, contracts and delivery exception management).
