Traditional computer support model

Traditional computer support which we can also offer; uses what is often called the break/fix model. Companies using this model react to support issues logged by the customer and charged either by the hour or by the incident. You pay for the issues you log or the time it takes to resolve your issue.

At Microswift we believe in offering the option of a managed services model. Using this model you are charged a fixed fee (determined after several months of operation) and Microswift will resolve any issue you log either remotely or on site.

This ensures that your support company are always working proactively for you ensuring your business critical computer systems are running as efficiently as possible, we work in partnership with you not just for you as a per hour supplier.
