For many of our clients being local and thereby quickly on-site in case of a serious issue continues to be a key requirement but increasing we are servicing clients nationwide and even internationally using our sophisticated remote support tools, clearly in these cases site visits and meetings are rare or non-existent. For both local and nationwide clients, our remote diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities mean that the vast majority of all issues are resolvable quickly and without a need to visit to site. It is from the Eastleigh office that we operate a support helpdesk which provides telephone and remote support, and perform our proactive client systems monitoring. Our Eastleigh office is in an excellent location to service all of the local towns as it is two minutes from Junction 13 of the M3. |
