Background:

When we met this consumer goods and logistics company, they were hosting their own Microsoft Small Business Server (SBS) in their main office; they were using ACT for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and had also relatively recently setup an E-commerce website.  They had just been badly let down by their previous provider and were having severe issues particularly with their website; it was the busiest time of the year and there was a lot of work to do in a short space of time to minimize disruption. Fortunately together we sailed through this transition period and we now provide ongoing support in IT services including CRM, E-marketing, and E-commerce.
